袋子放置器和填充口

袋子放置器將具有或不具有角撐板的不同尺寸的空袋轉移到填充口，其中由於其橢圓形設計，密封閉合允許在填充期間排空空氣。動力裝置放置在嘴部區域之外，以避免灰塵和/或腐蝕性氣氛。

特徵

25-50kg packaging, with a capacity of 200bags/h(according to different bag, raw material)

It’s suitable for paper bag, PE bag, woven bag. Paper bag & woven bag can adopts sewing sealing (DS-7C). PE bag adopts hot sealing (HS-22D).(Final decision according to customer’s requirements.)
檢測器的雙重確認檢測到空袋放置過程。當出現洩漏或沒有打包時，灌裝過程自動停止。
自動送袋機由臥式3個單元組成，每個單元可存放100個袋子（PE袋），適合高速生產。
全自動運行。
螺旋料斗（可選），空氣滑槽（可選）中的附加中間阻尼器，以防止產品飛濺，促進除塵效果。
非針孔袋的振動排氣裝置是可選的，以消除產品中的剩餘空氣。
